Life Outside the Sessions
Originally an upstate New Yorker, I am now based in Virginia and travel frequently out of the Washington, D.C. corridor. Outside of coaching sessions, you will usually find me strength training, doing Pilates, cycling, tending to a garden full of herbs, vegetables, and native flowers, or volunteering at a local farm that donates its fresh produce to community organizations in need.
